I haven't received my item yet. Where is it?
Most items ship next BUSINESS day (M-F) but there are a few exceptions. Some items are in another storage location, and it may take a day or two to get them. Occasionally we will be waiting for a new delivery from the supplier, or we get backed up. Whenever there is a delay, we will frequently upgrade shipping to a faster service at no charge to you to make up for that delay.
I received the wrong item. How do I get the right one?
This is VERY rare, but has occurred. Just let me know about this, and the issue will be resolved to your satisfaction... I promise!
Just tell us what happened and return the wrong item, (at or cost), and we will replace it with the same or better item.
Do you ship to an alternative address?
No. We can only ship to the address that PayPal has given us. If you realize that you have an old address on your PayPal account, you will have to cancel your order and then re-order using the correct address.
Do you have a combined shipping discount?
Yes. We will refund you the difference between what it costs us to ship to you, and what the shipping program charges.
The shipping calculator is based on weight and not distance, and does not do a good job in figuring multiple packages.
However, very large packages will not have a shipping discount, as they must be shipped separately.
What is the return policy?
We will accept any unopened new item if their tags or labels are still in place. If it looks like the item has been used, we will not accept the return as we can no longer sell the item as new.
